Society City, a volunteer-run hub in Wollongong, serves as a second-hand bookshop, co-working space, and events venue. I improved its social media presence with a comprehensive strategy, increased event promotion, and consistent updates, achieving a monthly reach of more than 10K accounts and ensuring fully booked events and workshops, significantly boosting community engagement.

I partnered closely with the Barley Grass Bar team to translate their nostalgic caravan charm and coastal life into a digital presence. From moodboarding and on-site photography to SEO-optimised copywriting, I created a personality-driven website that feels warm, modern, and inviting.
I designed and developed a fully responsive site with clear booking pathways and enquiry flows, ensuring both visual impact and functionality. The project was rounded out with branded social media templates to maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.

I worked with Maryana, founder of Beautiful Minds Toys, a small Illawarra business founded by Maryana to support the mission of educating through open-ended play in child development. I developed a full-stack online strategy to rebuild and optimise their web presence through SEO content and social media management to communicate their education mission online.
Within a few weeks of implementing organic or paid online content, the results saw a tremendous boost in traffic, with Instagram engagement rising above 460%, with a total of 451 clicks. The redesigned web presence provides enhanced long-term online visibility in top searches in Google Shopping and online community engagement for educating businesses.

CANTY DIGITAL AGENCY
At Canty Digital Agency, I developed and executed end-to-end digital marketing and SEO strategies across 10+ client accounts. Therefore, I collaborated directly with clients to align campaigns with their business objectives.
Having worked closely with the web developers, complex site health issues were resolved, while there was an improvement in Core Web Vitals and the earning of high-authority backlinks that achieved top 3 Google rankings.
Alongside SEO, UX/UI projects, reporting, and paid search optimisation were supported to guarantee performance-driven, data-informed outcomes across all channels.

I worked closely with the WISECARER team in the Gold Coast to build an accessible, evidence-based digital support system for carers of people living with mental health issues. This project began with branding and UX design, and I ensured that health and support data was organised in a responsible, accessible manner consistent with best practices. This project was developed in an iterative manner with community and organisational feedback to reflect carer needs. In addition, I created downloadable PDF files to offer offline support services to carers beyond those offered by this project.

I worked directly with the com2.com.au team to deliver an end-to-end digital transformation, leading SEO, digital marketing, and website redevelopment to modernise the brand and improve service delivery. From rebranding and UX improvements to ongoing keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO, I built a high-performing organic acquisition channel that now drives approximately 80% of key events, with traffic doubling year-on-year.
Engagement quality improved significantly, with average engagement time and conversions rising across downloads, inquiries, phone clicks, and quote requests. The site now holds a 99 health score, top-three Google rankings for priority service terms, strong AI Overview visibility, and sustained growth in high-intent service pages such as 3CX and Starlink solutions—outperforming major competitors like Telstra.

I collaborated with the Crystalbrook Collection in-house marketing team to handle SEO opportunities for multiple locations of their hotels, such as Cairns, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. My responsibilities entailed keyword optimisation for the web page content, blog posts, and events such as the turning of the New Year and Melbourne Cup events. By integrating SEO optimisation and storytelling for seasonal promotions, I contributed to the favourable positioning of Crystalbrook across the country.
